During the past 9 years, Miles has been providing his advice and expertise to clients in the areas of mortgages, financial planning, investments, insurance, and retirement solutions. With his wealth of knowledge, diverse background and keen understanding of the financial and real estate markets, Miles is a key member of our growing team.
Miles is based in Regina but offers his services to clients all across Canada. He offers the flexibility of evening and weekend appointments to ensure a convenient and prompt service to his clients, whether they are first-time buyers, renewing or refinancing an existing mortgage.

Kashlee works as an assistant to Miles Zimbaluk to help deliver great customer service to all our clients. Kashlee joined the
Mii Mortgage Group team in the spring of 2011. She comes from a background in finance including mortgage lending. She also works as a REALTOR in Regina with Sutton Group Results Realty. Her motivated work ethic and passion for real estate make her a much respected member of the MII Mortgage Group team. She looks forward to assisting you with all your mortgage and real estate needs.
